Calma brings professional on-site massage and wellness treatments directly to your team, whether in the office, another working environment or at a suitable location beyond the usual workplace. Services can be arranged for companies of any size – from a small group or selected department to multiple teams or a company-wide initiative.
Whether you are considering a one-time experience or a longer-term employee wellbeing initiative, Calma can suggest a ready-developed format or adapt the service around your team structure, working schedule and objectives.
Corporate Wellness
Practical on-site wellbeing that brings professional care directly to your team.
Employee wellbeing is becoming a natural part of modern corporate culture. Thoughtful wellness initiatives give companies a meaningful way to support physical comfort, reduce everyday stress and contribute to employee satisfaction, productivity and retention.
Corporate wellness can work for companies of any size. On-site massage and wellness treatments may be arranged for a small team, an individual department, selected groups of employees or an entire company – as a one-time experience, a wellbeing day or part of an ongoing programme.
Calma makes the service straightforward to introduce. Ready-developed solutions offer an easy starting point, while the treatments, timing, number of specialists and overall setup can be adapted to the company’s team size and structure, working schedule, available space and objectives.
Designed specifically for mobile delivery, Calma services can be provided in offices and other working environments, as well as beyond the usual workplace – including company celebrations, team-building activities, corporate retreats, trade shows and suitable outdoor settings.

Corporate Treatment Options
Professional seated and table-based treatments, adapted to your team and working environment.
Calma corporate wellness services are available in two main formats: seated and table-based. Both are designed for mobile, on-site delivery and can be adapted to most offices, working environments and suitable outdoor settings.
Both formats include massage and wellness treatment options of different durations. Standard service formats and session lengths provide a clear starting point, while the treatment selection, timing and overall setup can be adapted to the company’s needs and preferences.
The cards below introduce both treatment types. Follow the relevant link to learn more about the one that interests you, or visit the Massage & Treatments page for a complete overview.

Seated Massage & Treatments
Using a professional massage chair or suitable standard seating, these compact treatments fit easily into the working day with little or no preparation and focus on areas commonly affected by desk work and everyday tension.

Table-Based Massage & Treatments
Using a professional portable massage table, these treatments can be arranged in most offices and other suitable company locations. For corporate massage, 30–60 minute back or full-body options provide a practical starting point.
- Flexible 10–120 Minute Sessions
- Focus on One or Several Areas
- Usually Provided Directly on the Skin; Express Options over Clothing
How Companies Work With Calma
Flexible ways to introduce professional on-site wellness across different teams, working environments and company initiatives.
Calma can work with small teams, individual departments and larger companies. Services may be arranged for an entire team, a selected group of employees or several groups across different times, days or locations. Depending on the intended reach and format, one or several specialists may provide services simultaneously.
Whether you are planning a one-time corporate occasion, a focused wellbeing initiative, a regular workplace programme or an activity outside the usual working environment, Calma can suggest a ready-developed format or adapt the service around your needs.
The options below introduce the main ways companies can work with Calma.
Corporate Wellness Pricing
Corporate wellness pricing depends on the selected services, session lengths, overall service time, number of specialists, intended participant capacity, location and setup requirements.
For a standard one-time request, Calma can provide initial pricing based on a few basic details: the proposed date and location, and the approximate number of employees intended to receive the service or the preferred overall service time.
If you already know the preferred treatment type and session length, these details may also be included. If not, Calma can suggest suitable options based on the available information.
This is usually enough to receive standard pricing information or an initial estimate without having to develop the complete service plan first. The price is then confirmed or adjusted once the final service scope has been agreed.
For larger-scale requests, more individually adapted formats and regular cooperation, pricing is developed as the service details are discussed and refined. Depending on the service volume, frequency and cooperation period, individually agreed pricing and other conditions may be available.

Tailored to Your Company
Practical guidance on how on-site wellness can be planned, adapted and delivered around your team, space and working schedule.
Every company works differently, so Calma combines ready-developed service formats with practical adaptation to your team size, internal schedule, available space and wellbeing objectives.
The sections below explain the main elements involved and how they can be coordinated around your company.
Calma services can be scaled from a small team or selected department to larger employee groups or the entire company. The service capacity and specialist team are planned around the intended number of participants, available time and preferred format – whether the service takes place on a single day, across several dates or as part of a regular programme.
The service does not need to be planned for every employee. A company may choose a defined number of participants or available sessions, begin with a smaller pilot group, or make the service available only to selected teams or departments.
Where different teams or departments are involved, participation can be divided between agreed dates – for example, with one department receiving services on one day and another department on a different day.
The number of sessions that can be provided within the agreed service period depends on the selected service, session length, overall service time and number of specialists working simultaneously. Where higher participation is expected, sufficient advance planning allows several Calma specialists and service setups to operate at the same time, subject to specialist and space availability, so that a larger number of employees can be accommodated within the agreed period.
- Intended Number of Participants
- Selected Service & Session Length
- Overall Service Time
- One or Several Service Days
- Number of Specialists Working Simultaneously
- Available Space & Number of Service Setups
Corporate wellness services may be provided through scheduled appointments, a flexible employee flow or a combination of both. The selected approach may be used for all employees, a particular group or a defined number of available sessions, depending on the intended reach, service capacity and company preferences.
A schedule is particularly suitable when the company wants to ensure that every employee, or everyone within a selected group, has an opportunity to receive the service.
Calma prepares a schedule with available time slots based on the agreed session length, number of specialists working simultaneously, and the start and finish times of the service. The schedule is then provided to the company, which can arrange employee sign-up or allocate the appointments using its preferred internal method.
If an employee cannot attend an allocated appointment, the available time may be reassigned to another employee where practical.
With this option, the number of specialists and overall service period are agreed in advance, but individual appointments are not scheduled. This format is particularly suitable when participation is optional and the company does not need to guarantee a session for every employee or member of a specified group.
Employees can visit at a convenient time. If a specialist is available, the service is provided immediately. If all specialists are occupied, the employee may wait or return when the next time becomes available.
Where potential demand exceeds the available service capacity, employees are received on a first-come, first-served basis within the agreed operating period.
Scheduled and flexible participation may also be combined – for example, with appointments reserved for a selected department or employee group and the remaining service time available through an open flow.
Calma services are designed specifically for mobile, on-site delivery and can be adapted to a wide range of offices, working environments, off-site company activities and suitable outdoor or semi-outdoor locations. The service is arranged where the company needs it, with the setup adapted to the selected treatments and available space.
- Open-Plan Offices, Meeting Rooms & Individual Offices
- Coworking Spaces & Other Working Environments
- Staff Lounges, Break Areas & Other Shared Spaces
- Trade Shows, Exhibitions & Business Event Venues
- Company Retreats, Training Venues & Team-Building Locations
- Suitable Outdoor & Semi-Outdoor Settings
Services are provided primarily in Riga and Jurmala, with other locations across Latvia available by individual arrangement. Availability and any travel-related arrangements depend on the distance, service scale, specialist availability and practical logistics of the request.
Most services do not require a large amount of space, particularly seated massage and treatments. Each setup should provide convenient access for the employee and enough space for the specialist to work around the professional equipment from the necessary sides.
Table-based services generally require more space than seated formats. The total area needed also depends on the number of specialists and service setups operating simultaneously.
Where a suitable separate space is available, it is generally preferred as it supports a calmer service environment and greater privacy. However, a separate room is not essential for many services, particularly treatments that can be provided fully clothed.
Services that require employees to remove part of their clothing need greater visual privacy. Depending on the existing layout, this may be created using a separate room, existing partitions, the arrangement of furniture or privacy screens.
Selected privacy screens may be provided by Calma where available and appropriate for the scale and logistics of the agreed setup. Any such elements are discussed and confirmed in advance.
The selected space should provide:
- A Suitable Room Temperature
- Adequate Natural or Electrical Lighting
- A Stable and Level Surface for Professional Equipment
- Convenient Access to the Service Area
- Sufficient Working Space Around the Equipment
Standard massage services generally do not require access to water or electricity. A nearby water supply or electrical socket may be needed for particular treatments or equipment, and any such requirements are clarified in advance.
Outdoor services are subject to suitable weather, temperature and surface conditions. Where changing weather or possible rainfall is expected, a covered terrace, event tent, marquee, canopy, gazebo or another suitable form of shelter may be recommended depending on the season, forecast and selected treatments.
During planning, the company may share photographs, a short video or a floor plan of the proposed space. Calma can then recommend a suitable location and layout. For straightforward setups, the final positioning of the equipment may also be confirmed on arrival.
Calma provides the professional equipment, treatment essentials and materials required for the agreed services. The company does not need to arrange separate rental or sourcing of the necessary massage equipment. Equipment preparation and treatment-appropriate hygiene procedures are carried out by Calma, which also packs and removes its setup after the service.
Depending on the selected services, Calma provides:
- Professional Massage Chairs or Portable Treatment Tables
- Necessary Textiles
- Disposable Materials
- Cosmetics & Professional Treatment Products
- Specialised Accessories or Heating Equipment Where Required
Selected supporting items, such as small working tables or additional surfaces, may also be provided where required for the agreed setup, subject to availability and advance agreement. Suitable furniture already present at the location may be incorporated into the setup where practical.
Appropriate hygiene procedures for mobile wellness services are followed throughout the service period. Between employees, specialists complete the necessary hand hygiene, replace textiles or disposable materials where required, and clean and disinfect equipment and contact surfaces.
Used disposable materials are removed and used textiles are collected separately, while the immediate service area is kept tidy and organised throughout the day.
Calma arranges the delivery of the agreed equipment and materials and prepares the individual service setups before the service begins. The required arrival and preparation time is coordinated with the company in advance.
After the service, the Calma team packs and removes its equipment, textiles, products and other materials, leaving the immediate service area tidy and cleared of the Calma setup.
The visual presentation and atmosphere of the service area can be adapted to the working environment, company occasion and preferred style. The setup may remain simple and minimal or, where agreed, include selected atmosphere, decorative and company-specific elements.
Where the space allows, existing lighting and furniture arrangements may be adjusted to support a calmer and more organised environment. Calma can also provide suitable background music and selected atmosphere elements.
Where a candlelight effect is used, LED candles are provided instead of open-flame candles. All elements are arranged with consideration for the working environment, employee movement and practical use of the space.
Calma may provide selected decorative elements, including floral arrangements, woven accents and other wellness-inspired details. Seasonal decor may also be available for occasions such as Midsummer, Halloween, Christmas and New Year, or Easter.
Decor is optional and agreed in advance. Its availability, style and amount depend on the selected service format, available space, scale of the setup and practical delivery and preparation arrangements. A smaller setup may include only a subtle decorative touch, while a broader presentation may be considered for larger, advance-planned projects.
The company may also incorporate its own decorative elements, combine them with selected Calma decor or keep the service area intentionally minimal.
Where appropriate, the visual presentation may be adapted to reflect the company or a particular internal initiative. This may include:
- Company or Event Colours
- Company, Partner or Sponsor Branding
- Printed Materials & Signage
- Wellbeing Initiative Materials
- Selected Promotional or Presentation Elements
Calma branding may remain visible or take a more discreet role depending on the company’s preferences and the purpose of the service.
For external business events, product presentations and brand activations, selected company or promotional products may also be displayed. Any externally supplied cosmetic or treatment product intended for use on employees, clients or guests must be reviewed and agreed separately in advance.
Calma services are provided as non-medical wellness services focused on relaxation, physical comfort, stress relief and general wellbeing. Companies usually arrange and pay for them directly as part of an employee wellbeing initiative.
Some health insurance policies or employee benefit packages may also provide coverage for selected non-medical wellness services. Eligibility and reimbursement conditions depend on the insurer, the particular policy and the benefits included.
Under Latvian healthcare regulations, medical treatment services are generally provided through registered healthcare institutions. Their provision outside such institutions is permitted only in specific circumstances established by law.
According to a general clarification received by Calma from the Latvian Health Inspectorate, massage therapists are not included among the healthcare professionals authorised under the relevant regulations to provide medical treatment through home visits. Therefore, massage delivered at a workplace, event or another on-site location does not become a medical service simply because the specialist also holds a medical qualification.
Companies interested in possible reimbursement should confirm directly with their insurance provider whether the proposed on-site wellness services are eligible under their particular policy.

Planning corporate wellness can begin with a simple enquiry. For a straightforward request, a proposed date or period, location and an approximate number of intended participants or preferred overall service time provide a useful starting point. A preferred treatment type or session length may also be included if already known.
The company does not need to prepare a complete service plan or decide every detail before contacting Calma. Ready-developed formats simplify standard requests, while larger, regular or more individual programmes can be developed around the company’s structure, objectives and preferences.
Share the information currently available, such as:
- Proposed Date or Period
- Proposed Location
- Approximate Number of Intended Participants or Preferred Overall Service Time, If Known
- Preferred Treatment Type or Session Length, If Known
- One-Time or Regular Interest
It is not necessary to provide every detail. Calma can ask the relevant follow-up questions and help determine the suitable service format, number of specialists and participant approach.
For a standard request, the available information is usually enough to recommend a ready-developed format and provide initial pricing without a lengthy preparation process.
For larger teams, several service days, multiple locations or regular cooperation, additional details may be discussed to develop a more tailored plan. This may include the intended employee groups, service schedule, number of specialists, available space and any presentation or additional setup preferences.
Once the preferred option is selected, the agreed service scope, service dates, start and finish times, and pricing are confirmed.
Before the service date, the remaining practical details are coordinated with the company. These may include arrival and preparation arrangements, location access, employee scheduling arrangements where applicable, and any agreed atmosphere, decor or presentation elements.
For straightforward setups, practical details such as the final positioning of the equipment can often be confirmed on arrival, so the company does not need to plan every aspect of the setup in advance.
A designated Calma contact keeps the communication together and remains available for any final questions or agreed adjustments.
Before the service, Calma provides the company with information materials to share with employees. These include:
- An Introduction to the Selected Service & What to Expect
- Preparation Recommendations
- Main Health Considerations, Contraindications & Suitability Information
The company can share these materials with employees in the most convenient way, including electronically through its internal communication channels or in printed form.
Where scheduled appointments are used, Calma provides the company with a schedule showing the agreed time slots. The company can then organise employee sign-up or allocate the appointments in its preferred way, either in advance or on the service day.
Employee information materials can be prepared in Latvian, English and Russian according to the agreed service and communication needs.
Calma delivers and prepares the agreed equipment and materials, while the specialists manage their work according to the confirmed plan. The company does not need to coordinate or supervise the individual specialists throughout the service period.
The Calma contact remains available where coordination with the company is required. After the service, the team packs and removes the Calma setup and materials.
The preparation time required depends on the scale and complexity of the request. Standard formats may be arranged with relatively simple planning, subject to specialist availability.
Larger programmes, several simultaneous specialists, multiple service days and more individually adapted setups benefit from an earlier enquiry. The company is welcome to contact Calma while its plans are still developing – there is no need to wait until every detail has been decided.
Wellness Value for Employees & Companies
On-site massage and wellness services can support employee comfort and wellbeing while creating meaningful value for the company.
Benefits for Employees
A considered pause during the working day can offer more than time away from everyday tasks. Depending on the selected service, session length, frequency and individual needs, the experience may support physical comfort, stress reduction, mental recovery and a more balanced sense of wellbeing.
Even a single short session can offer employees a noticeable break from the pace of the day, while regular wellness formats allow the company to create recurring opportunities for them to pause, reset and support their wellbeing.
Employee Benefits in More Detail
- Physical Comfort & Tension Relief – focused hands-on techniques can help ease everyday muscular tension, particularly in areas commonly affected by desk work, prolonged sitting or physical activity.
- Stress Relief & Calm – a calm treatment experience offers a pause from everyday demands and can help employees feel more settled and balanced during a busy or intensive working period.
- Mental Reset & Clarity – stepping away from tasks and screens, even briefly, can provide a valuable mental pause and help employees return to their day feeling clearer and refreshed.
- A Restorative Pause – on-site services give employees an accessible opportunity to slow down and recharge without needing to leave the workplace or travel to a separate location.
- Positive Mood & Personal Attention – an individual wellness experience can contribute to a more positive day and give employees a genuine sense of personal care and attention.
- Support for Overall Wellbeing – by combining physical comfort, a calmer state and time to reset, massage and wellness treatments can become a meaningful part of a broader approach to employee wellbeing.
